Breakfast with Lionel M. Ni, President of HKUST (Guangzhou)

Meeting with the official delegation of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology This morning, in the historic setting of the Hôtel de la Bûcherie, the Fondation France-Asie and its chapter the France China Foundation had the pleasure of welcoming an official delegation from HKUST Guangzhou. The meeting provided an opportunity to discuss academic partnerships between France and China. The President of HKUST (Guangzhou), Prof.. Lionel M. Ni, gave a fascinating presentation on innovative teaching methods based on multidisciplinary hubs. The Young Leaders present this morning, Pierre Poignant, Pascal Gentil and Jing Fu (members of the HKUST delegation) as well as Bin Gao, head of China at our partner AXA, gave an even greater scope to this meeting through the diversity of their expertise.
