Founded in 2012, the Fondation France-Asie is the first independent organization dedicated to relations between France and Asian countries.

Through its initiatives, it promotes dialogue and the development of new partnerships between France and Asia in support of shared values. The Young Leaders Programs, at the heart of its mission, are organized in collaboration with its various country chapters (France China Foundation, France India Foundation, France Japan Foundation).

In 2026, the Fondation France-Asie brings together three country chapters: the France China Foundation, the France India Foundation, and the France Japan Foundation. Operating under the umbrella of the Fondation France-Asie, they work closely with the Foundation to organize the Young Leaders programs and develop activities and initiatives throughout the year. The Foundation provides guidance, coordination, and leadership, ensuring the coherence of their actions and the development of an ever-expanding Franco-Asian community.

The Fondation France-Asie is led by a Board of Directors responsible for overseeing the Foundation’s strategic direction, ensuring good governance, and securing its long-term development.
